This website is published by TMWV. The pages describe services. They are not an offer that becomes a contract when you submit a form.
Audits and scores
A website audit is an automatic reading of a public page, plus a short list of observations. The Website Opportunity Score is our own heuristic. It is not a Google ranking, a Core Web Vitals laboratory test, or a promise that a change will produce enquiries. If the page cannot be fetched, the notes will say so.
Prices
Figures on the pricing page are starting points. A range shown at the end of the project form is an indication, not a fixed quote. Work starts when both sides have agreed a written scope and price.
Deposits
If card payments are switched on, a deposit is taken by Stripe Checkout. We do not receive or store the card number. A payment is marked paid only after Stripe confirms it. Paying a deposit is not by itself a contract for a website build. The scope and price are still agreed in writing.
Example designs
Projects in the work section are example designs. They are not claims that those businesses are clients.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the audit tool to probe networks that are not yours, to overload a site, or to submit personal information you are not allowed to share. We may refuse or rate-limit requests.
Liability
We exclude liability for losses that the law allows us to exclude, including loss of profit arising from use of the free audit or from reliance on an indicative price. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales deal with disputes about them.
