Websites for kitchens and bathrooms

The showroom is beautiful. The website should let someone book it.

Kitchen and bathroom buyers spend months on photos and prices, often late at night. A site that cannot book a design visit, and cannot show a budget band, loses them to the firm that can.

Where these sites lose the job

A spot-check of Bolton showrooms, not a client list, showed the same three gaps.

  • No way to book the visit

None of the local sites checked offered an online design-appointment booking we could find. The research cycle is long. The next step is a diary slot, not a 'contact us' form with no promise of when you will reply.

  • The site is older than the showroom

One firm was on an older Bootstrap template with no tap-to-call link. Another had a 2021 footer. The room can be current while the website still behaves like a PDF.

  • Photos without a project

Low-resolution galleries and no story of budget, style or what was replaced. Buyers are comparing three or four firms. They need to see a job that looks like theirs.

  • Finance mentioned, and not explained

Some local firms mention finance. A mention is not a compliant calculator. Credit broking has rules, and a homemade repayment figure is how a site gets them wrong.

What a good site does here

  • Books a design consultation or a showroom visit, including outside opening hours.
  • Shows projects by style and by budget band, with photos that are actually sharp.
  • Offers a budget estimator: room size by specification tier, labelled as a guide.
  • Captures a brochure download only if you have a real brochure and a reason to send it.
  • Puts finance on the page only through an approved broker, with their wording.

Job value, national guides

Checkatrade's kitchen guide puts an all-in new kitchen at about £10,550 on average, with a wide range from about £5,250 to £28,400, and fitting alone around £3,500. A new bathroom averages about £7,000 in their bathroom guide. Their reported average job values for the second quarter of 2025 were about £6,803 for kitchen fitting and £5,525 for bathroom fitting. These are national guides, not a quote.

How people choose

The research cycle runs through photos and search for months. Many buyers want finance. They compare several firms. The site is the shortlist, not a brochure you hand over in the showroom.

Features that earn their place

A booking page is part of the build, not an extra. Showroom and design consultations are the product people are trying to start.

  • Design-visit booking

Cal.com or Calendly, including a round-robin if more than one designer takes appointments. This is the feature the spot-check could not find.

  • Galleries by style and budget

A shaker kitchen at one budget and a handleless kitchen at another should not live in the same untitled grid.

  • Budget estimator

Size by specification tier. It qualifies the conversation before anyone drives to the showroom. The logic is scoped as Bespoke Digital Systems, from £2,500.

  • Order deposit

A Stripe invoice or payment link for the order deposit. The card form is Stripe's. We do not handle card data.

  • Finance, as a core option

A firm that introduces a customer to a lender is credit broking. It generally needs FCA authorisation, or it must act as an Introducer Appointed Representative of an authorised broker. Finance promotions have to follow FCA rules, including a representative example, and repayment figures are illustrative. We only add a finance widget after the client's lender or broker has approved them and supplied the compliant wording. Brokers used for this kind of work include V12 Retail Finance, Novuna and trade schemes such as TradeHelp. We are not those firms, and this is not a partnership or an offer of credit from us.

Recommended package

Bespoke Digital Systems

from £2,500

Bespoke Digital Systems, from £2,500, is the recommended tier: booking, a budget estimator, a gallery with real structure, and a finance slot that stays switched off until the broker approves the copy. The published starting price is £2,500 and the rest is scoped. Growth, from £2,000, covers a strong marketing site without those tools.

Growth Plus, from £299 a month, fits a showroom that wants ongoing pages, search work and ads. Growth, from £149 a month, is the lighter version. Website Care at £49 a month keeps the site updated and does not include that marketing work.

Questions

Do you only build websites for kitchens and bathrooms?

No. Based in Darwen, working across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and beyond (and remotely anywhere in the UK). This page exists because we know kitchens and bathrooms work. If your business is different, we still build the site.

Can the website show monthly finance prices?

A firm that introduces a customer to a lender is credit broking. It generally needs FCA authorisation, or it must act as an Introducer Appointed Representative of an authorised broker. Finance promotions have to follow FCA rules, including a representative example, and repayment figures are illustrative. We only add a finance widget after the client's lender or broker has approved them and supplied the compliant wording. Brokers used for this kind of work include V12 Retail Finance, Novuna and trade schemes such as TradeHelp. We are not those firms, and this is not a partnership or an offer of credit from us.

Is £2,500 the whole kitchen-website project?

£2,500 is the published starting price for Bespoke Digital Systems. Booking, an estimator and a finance integration are scoped from there. You get the figure in writing before any build starts.

Do you write fake reviews or project stories?

No. Galleries and reviews use your work and your customers' words. We do not invent case studies, star ratings or results.
