Website maintenance
Website care, without a vague retainer
Updates, backups, security monitoring and small changes. A clear line between care and a new project.
What care covers
Website Care is £49 a month. It is for a site that is already in decent shape and needs to stay that way: software updates, backups, security monitoring, minor text and image changes, and a check that the important pages still respond.
It is not a rebuild, a new section, or a content programme. If a request is bigger than a minor change, we will price it as a small project rather than quietly absorbing it until the plan makes no sense.
When you need more than care
Growth, from £149 a month, adds SEO monitoring, content improvements, conversion work, Google Business Profile support and a monthly report. Growth Plus, from £299 a month, is the fuller version for businesses that want more pages and a closer review.
We will not take a neglected or broken site onto the £49 plan and pretend that is maintenance. If it needs a repair or a redesign first, that is the project. Care starts when the site is fit to look after.
What we need from you
Access to the hosting, the domain and the analytics, ideally already in your name. A single person who can approve a change. And a short list of what 'minor' means for your business, agreed at the start, so a new price list does not turn into an argument about scope.
Questions
What does website care cost after launch?
Website Care is £49 a month for updates, backups, security monitoring and minor changes, for a site that is already in decent shape. Growth support starts at £149 a month.
How much does a website cost for a small business in Lancashire?
The published starting prices are £750 for a Website Starter, £1,250 for a Business Website, £2,000 for Growth and £2,500 for a bespoke system. They are the same whether the business is in Lancashire, Greater Manchester or further away. Monthly care starts at £49. We confirm the figure in writing before any build starts, and we do not add a local surcharge.
Do you only build websites for trades?
No. We build for any UK small business. Roofers, driveway and landscaping firms, kitchen and bathroom companies, and car detailers have dedicated pages because we know those jobs well. Those pages are extras, not a limit.
